City park adjacent to the Virgin River -- about 7 acres of grass and few obstructions. The park has restrooms, drinking fountains, and a pavilion with picnic tables.
The thermals are usually good during fair weather.
There will be electric power flyers there on Saturday and Sunday mornings. They cluster at the end near the parking lot. Fly at the far end to avoid the traffic.

Driving south on River Road, St. James Lane is the second traffic light you encounter after crossing the Virgin River. Turn right and drive all the way to the end.
